Please allow for 2 weeks to receive your order although items usually ship within 3-4 business days. Shipping is processed through the US Postal Service and a tracking number will be provided to the customer along with the shipping date. All care and precaution will be taken to ensure that product is shipped on time and with no damages, ie bubble packing, fragile signage, etc.
Tax:
A 9.75% sales tax will be applied to purchases for California residents only.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
To receive an exchange or refund for product(s)please complete the following: Contact the company phone at 312-720-5630 or by email at info@danscents.com among 24hrs of receiving the product. Ship the damaged product along with a copy of your purchase receipt to the company address. If you are requesting a replacement product, it will be shipped within 3 weeks, if you are requesting a refund, it will be processed within 3 weeks and mailed to the provided address. In addition, a purchase credit, valid up to a year, can be provided in lieu of a refund if desired by the customer.
To cancel an order please call 312-720-5630 within 48 hours of requesting the order. Any order canceled after 48hours must pay for the order in full and receive a purchase credit that is valid up a year.
